Practice open water swimming for your upcoming triathlon! No instruction provided. Participants can swim the course as much as needed during the allotted time (500-meters total). Last swimmer must enter the water at 9:30 a.m. SWIM CAP IS REQUIRED FOR SAFETY PURPOSES. Limited quantity will be available and distributed day of.
